Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 60 days of the order date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Online orders cannot be returned at park locations for a refund. Your refund only applies to merchandise. Original shipping charges and any return shipping charges incurred will not be refunded. Please note all custom or personalized orders are final.

*If items are returned in poor condition, you will be charged a restocking fee. Worn, washed, damaged, and/or dirty items will be denied refunds or given store credit.*

If you are returning an order placed before July 1st, 2024, please email fulfillment@cedarfair.com.

If you are returning an order placed after July 1st, 2024, please follow the process below.

To Start a Return

Please login or create an account with the email address you used for your order. Your orders will appear. Choose the order with the item(s) you wish to return and select "Request Return". Once your return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return label to the email address in your order.

Note: a $7 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This flat rate return covers the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

You can exchange items for a different size or another item on all orders if the product is still in stock within 60 days of the original order date. Exchanging for another size or color is completely free. If there is a difference in price between the items you are exchanging, you will be refunded or charged for the difference in price. Once your return package is on its way, your exchange order will be sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. To make sure you get the items you requested, return your package at your earliest convenience, and notify fulfillment@cedarfair.com.

International Orders

Currently, we are unable to assist with international return shipping. An order can be returned for a refund using the shipping method most convenient to you.
