Step back into history! The Old Schoolhouse was built in Beloit, Kansas in 1879 and was a real schoolhouse until 1947. Walter Knott purchased the schoolhouse and brought it to Knott's Berry Farm in 1952 where it was used as a real school for the children of the Farm employees. You can still step inside and go back in time to see how those brave pioneers taught their children so many years ago. Pin #31 in the Knott's 100th Anniversary series is a great way to share a bit of history... hurry, the bell is ringing... class is starting!
